Online Holistic Health Coaching

This includes a comprehensive holistic lifestyle analysis via questionnaires designed to help establish the causative factors behind any health concerns.

Bespoke coaching sessions via Zoom to support you towards optimising your
health that address the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of wellbeing as neccessary. Creating an agreeable stepping stone plan of action that addresses what is appropriate for you right now and each step of the way forward.

Further health testing or other healing modality protocols may be recommended to support you in creating your own individual version of optimal health.

Face to face coaching opportunity to be discussed on a case by case basis - time/location dependent.

Physical Performance Coaching

Do you have niggling chronic injuries or muscular/joint pain when training?
Do you want to feel better, look better and move better?
Do you want to be in the best possible physical condition for sport?

I can bridge the gap between Rehabilitation and Strength and Conditioning by managing the benefit to risk of training.

A functional biomechanical analysis, including an assessment of your ability to meet the musculoskeletal joint positional demands required, enables me to design an optimal training programme based on your unique orthopedic profile.

No matter if your goal is to be stronger, muscular, fitter, lose body fat or train for an event, by using a combination of mobilisation technqiues, corrective exercise and strength and conditioning science I can help you to achieve your physical performance goals.

Training packages offered:

Gym based

  • Physical assessment only plus training program to access online and perform on your own (monthly program/assessment update available).
  • Block committment of 5, 10 or 20 sessions (including physical assessments and online program access)

Alternative options

  • Home based (time/location dependent).

Physical assessment plus home based training program with online program access (extra individual home sessions can be paid for as required e.g. program updates or for extra support)

  • Online Training only

No physical assessment but access to online training program via an app specific to your training goals.
