My passion is helping men achieve their optimal health and physical performance. Despite initally completing a Sport Science degree in 2003 and qualifying as a Personal Trainer in 2005, I felt something was missing when i started working with clients in the gym. I had a quest for a deeper understanding of how the body worked and why some people would be in pain, some would get results and others would struggle.
I went on to discover how the body worked biomechanically on a much deeper level but also how the body operates essentially as a system of systems and it is only as strong as its weakest link. I gained a further holistic understanding of how our physical body is also affected not just by the physical systems, but also the mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of ourselves.
This led to a path of continous study looking at lifestyle, stress, digestion, emotions, injuries and strength and conditioning. When we are in our 20's and even early 30's if we have always been active, our physical condition will often carry us through. However, by the time I reached my mid 30's I developed my own health concerns and I needed to finally take a holistic approach to my overall wellbeing and lifestyle. I enlisted the help of an amazing Holistic Health practitioner who I went on to study under and began to heal and create my own optimal health and physical performance.
Having studied under world class practioners in the fields of Holistic Health, Strength and Conditioning and Energetics combined with applying the very methods to create the best possible health and physical condition for myself, I am able to help men achieve their level of optimal health and physical performance. Of course, life will always throw us challenges and stress can have negative health consequences. However, by creating a wellbeing platform we enhance our ability to remain closer to optimal health and physical condition. By the time I reached 41 I felt I was in the best condition of my life. I can help you do the same.
